About Paulak

Paulak with over 5 years in strength coaching has honed his skills to help busy professionals and student-athletes optimize their game to perform at peak levels. His dedication to continuing education led to attending many seminars, and traveling just to meet top coaches across the globe to learn their principles and systems. Over the years he was able to build a comprehensive wellness system to improve his clients health, performance and foster long-term lifestyle changes. 


During his college years, he started to gain weight, aches and pain became more frequent. He decided to start strength training and saw the benefits it did for him. His low back and arches went away ever since he started strength training. Also, his posture and movement have improved making him feel young and able to perform at peak performance. He wants to give back and share the wealth of knowledge he gained.
